Breatheology Expand

For the Bauhaus master Johannes Itten, individual feeling, subjective recognition and objective understanding were the basis for creative design – and regular breathing exercises were an integral part of this. In this workshop, freediving world champion Stig Severinsen teaches conscious breathing based on his “Breatheology” method. Applying special breathing techniques, the participants learn how to strengthen their minds and bodies, release stress, improve their concentration and make better decisions under pressure.

Stig Severinsen is a four-time freediving world champion and certified doctor. He is the founder of the Breatheology® project which combines methods from yoga, physiology and high-performance sports. In 2010 he set a Guinness world record in breath-holding – in a shark tank in Denmark he held his breath for over 20 minutes.

Practical tip: Please bring along a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. Workshop language: English
