New project series at the Temporary Bauhaus-Archiv

  • From 7 July till 18 July 2018, a new series of interventions started at the Temporary Bauhaus-Archiv. First in the series was “bauhaus_intervention # 1: to sit” in collaboration with the University of the Arts (UdK), Berlin. On display were around 50 models of chairs and stools created by first-year students. The students had been given the task to either craft their models entirely from birch plywood or experiment with a free choice of materials.

In cooperation with the Chair of Experimental Forms and Principles of Design, Professor Enrique Sobejano, and the Chair of Design and Building Construction, Professor Florian Riegler (Institute of Architecture and Urban Development, Berlin University of the Arts).
