In 2019 Germany is celebrating the centennial of the founding of the Bauhaus, the most famous art school in the world. In the context of this jubilee the Bauhaus-Archiv / Museum für Gestaltung in the Klingelhöferstraße is being modernised and expanded. Temporarily closing our location there during construction work has enabled us to try out new things outside the museological space: with the Temporary Bauhaus-Archiv we have created a location for this!
The Temporary Bauhaus-Archiv will open on 30 June 2018 in the historic Haus Hardenberg at Knesebeckstraße 1–2 in Berlin-Charlottenburg.
