Come to Bauhaus!

The Bauhaus was a world-renowned, innovative art school that continues to inspire teachers, artists and designers to this day. On a guided tour of the exhibition, you will gain an insight into life and learning at the Bauhaus and the distinctive characteristics of the three directors, each of whom left a very different mark on the institution. You will gain an overview of the wide range of artistic and design works created at the time – from iconic objects that everyone knows to completely unknown works produced in the classroom. A particular focus is placed on the role of women at the Bauhaus, who were long underestimated and stood, quite undeservedly, in the shadow of their male counterparts.
