While the renovation and expansion of the Bauhaus-Archiv / Museum für Gestaltung continues, the Temporary Bauhaus-Archiv in Berlin-Charlottenburg remains open to visitors.

It features a varied programme that highlights the collection of the Bauhaus-Archiv and addresses contemporary issues of design, architecture and society. In the Temporary Bauhaus-Archiv, we actively engage with our visitors and the public and address topics related to the future tasks and programmes of the new museum.

The Temporary Bauhaus-Archiv is a project venue where we cannot, for technical reasons, display any originals from our collection. Until the museum reopens, the Bauhaus-Shop can also be found at the Temporary Bauhaus-Archiv.
