  • The twelfth graders of the advanced art class at the Carl-von-Ossietzky comprehensive high school are presenting an audio-visual room installation at the Temporary Bauhaus-Archiv. The installation entitled “Early Reflections” highlights the themes of loneliness and self-love. The students came up with the idea after attending the workshop concert “Pierrot Lunaire” by Arnold Schönberg, performed during the bauhaus music weekend on 22 September 2023.

  • Inspired by the richly emotional world of the protagonist Pierrot, the students developed three distinct sound art and musical pieces, which they then spatially rendered at the Temporary Bauhaus-Archiv. They were assisted by their art teacher Johanna Warm, the artist Claire Fristot and the composer Alexandre Decoupigny.
