How does light-green move? What posture do we assume when we think of purple? And what happens when we translate posture and colour into a tone?
Gertrud Grunow asked herself similar questions at the Bauhaus. Her so-called “Harmonisation Theory” connected colour, sound and movement to a physical experience.
What can we make of her theory today? In this workshop, we invite you to practically explore Grunow’s ideas – with movement, colours and plenty of space to try things out. A little Bauhaus, a little experimentation, and above all, permission to perceive your own body in a whole new way.
No prior knowledge necessary – just enthusiasm for moving your body.
