Bauhaus Lab: Lantern, Lantern!

Free Of Charge

One of the major celebrations at the Bauhaus was the Lantern Festival – from 1920 onwards, it was one of the highlights of Bauhaus life. We invite you to join us in creating colourful lanterns. Inspired by the architecture of the future transparent entrance building of our new building on the Landwehr Canal and the historic Bauhaus festival, we will experiment with colours, shapes and light and build festive lanterns.

The workshop will be held in German but our educators can also give explanations in English.

If the workshop is fully booked, you can contact us by email up to two days before the event to be placed on the waiting list. Please include the title of the event, date and time in your email. You are also welcome to drop by spontaneously and see if there are any workshop places available. However, please don't be disappointed if all places are taken.
