The design workshop takes place weekly at the MädchenSportZentrum Wilde Hütte. Under the artistic direction of video and visual artist Claire Fristot, participants develop ways to express themselves creatively through photography, film, comics and storytelling. Their own ideas are translated visually and narratively into images and space.

The Design Lab is part of the project Bauhaus@Gropiusstadt. Shaping the Neighbourhood in Berlin-Neukölln and is made possible through the Youth Culture Initiative. The organisation is funded by the Berlin Senate Department for Culture and Social Cohesion and is supported by the Berlin Mondiale accompanying programme.
